A former community radio DJ with an ear for the eclectic; Valadez has produced a lush landscape of dreamy beats mixed with live musicianship and overseas imports of protools tracks that sets a mood that would be right at home at the backyard barbecue or a sunday drive. L.A powerhouse Plug Research, the label behind Quadron, Bilal, and former Sa-ra standout Shafiq Husayn seems to be on a mission to carve out it's own niche as the go to label for chill out hip hop inspired tracks.
