Sarah McGlaughlin is a non partisan candidate running for reelection as Circuit Court Judge, District 14, Position 4.  She talked with Don Merrill about how Josephine county's judicial leadership will get it through the challenges of covid-19, why judges lean toward pushing defendants to obtain legal counsel rather than representing themselves and why judges must follow where the law takes them, even if it means going against what the people who elected them to office want.
