The World Health Organization and the Battle Against the War On Drugs
Our guest today is Michael Krawitz from Veterans for Medical Cannabis Access. Mike is a veteran of the US Air Force with a service-related disability. He’s a medical cannabis patient, an advocate and organizer both for veterans and for medical cannabis patients, and a longtime drug policy reformer. We speak with Michael about ongoing efforts to convince the World Health Organization to take an official, scientific look at cannabis, both its health effects and its potential as a therapeutic agent.
