Ursula K. Le Guin has been one of the greatest authors in the field. She passed away last Monday, after writing science fiction, fantasy, essays, and more for most of her 88 years. As I thought about her passing, I realized how profoundly my perspective had been informed through her imagining, and by extension, how vital the role of speculative fiction is in the movement to remake the world.
To explore that issue with me this morning is Tod Davies. Tod is the author of The History of Arcadia visionary fiction series, including "Report to Megalopolis or The Post Modern Prometheus," its fourth book, which comes out later this year in August.
