Jennifer Tovar talks with the Old Mole's Bill Resnick about how cities and counties across California are taking over the production and distribution of electricity, offering everyone renewable sun and wind electricity. They are even charging less than the corporate utilities used to. But in Oregon, nothing like that is even being proposed, because the corporate utilities own the legislature.
