Jan Haaken talks with Jacob Reisberg, an attorney who just returned to Portland after doing legal work in North Dakota in alliance with the Water Protector Legal Collective and the Freshet Collective for activists arrested in the No DAPL actions at Standing Rock. They discuss how how legal teams coming in are learning to work in support of Tribal communities, even as people are dealing with tremendous grief and mourning.
