We believe that by creating a public platform in which Asian Americans can tell our stories in a way that reflects our actual experiences.

In this uncharacteristically early morning episode (yes, we consider 9am early, and yes, we're making this a recurring thing!), we have musician and artist Jason Chu on mic guest hosting LIVE!

We'll also be having two other guests on the show to share some of their journey in their relationship with mental health. Our aim is to demystify some of the myth and expose the stigma surrounding struggles with mental health. We all suffer; it's just a matter of whether we have community to hold our hurt.

Join us as we talk about the seemingly recent tendency to pathologize each others' and public figures' "complexes". We'll call out the oppressive nature of mental health systems, and also talk about empathy and the barriers that stand in the way of deep connection.
