Human Rights Council Creates Email for Reports of Hate Crimes/Harassment

The Human Rights Council of Washington County, Oregon, has instituted an e-mail for citizens to report incidents of harassment or violence based on hate. That e-mail is reports@hrcwc.org. President of the Human Rights Council, Rob Solomon, discusses why this e-mail has been created and how it will serve the people of Washington County.
