It's the fifth Monday of the month. And Halloween. And another episode of The Holy Crowley Hour, or Two! How often does that happen? Only once every thousand years or so. We counted.
So how do you celebrate such a momentous event, one that may never happen again in our lifetimes. Or on this planet. We celebrate by telling spooky stories. No big surprise there. To help us out, we've invited guests Lawrence Howard and Lynne Duddy of Portland Story Theater. They'll talk about their theater troupe and the art of storytelling, and, if we ask nicely, might tell a Halloween-friendly tale or two. Live in the studio, while I sit back with an enormous bowl of candy corn and miniature 3 Musketeers.
All that and the usual mix of recorded comedy and audio theater, up until midnight when Joe Woods knocks on the studio door trying to get his hands on my candy corn. Good luck with that, Joe!
