Leland Berger & the Effects of Marijuana Legalization

Mindi Griffiths interviews Portland attorney Leland R. Berger, with NORML Legal Committee.  Leland has been in practice for over 31 years and is a strong defender of those charged with cannabis related crimes.  Leland discusses the effect the recent legalization of marijuana has had on the criminal justice system here in Oregon. He will also discuss legislation introduced since Oregon legalized recreational marijuana in 2014 that would reduce sentences and expunge marijuana-related offenses from criminal records.
