Self Help Radio 011425: 1989
Every year since I began Self Help Radio in 2002, I take the opportunity on my birthday week to explore my favorite music from a year of my life. It began with my birthday in 2003, when I explored my favorite music from 1968, the year of my birth. I have made it up to 1989, when I was 19, & there was so much music I loved that year that this little two hour selection only scratches the surface. Maybe some of the things I liked that year are some of the things you liked that year. Have a listen & let me know.
The last hour of the program is an episode of Corporate Standardized Programming in which I play music from artists we lost in October of last year.
